The Soul of the Rose print. JW Waterhouse 1908. I made a kind of frame out of old rosewood stems. Hung roses to dry from it over the years. Photo I took moving it into a new house.

Yeah. Me too. I didn't really know much about art until I began looking into the cultural history of various flowers in my gardens. Love Waterhouse.
