While I fully support their reasons for resigning, it scares me to *know these positions will be filled by anti science goons.

I think it’s better because we all can collectively know for a fact to take everything coming out of the CDC with a grain of salt moving forward. Any new guidance we receive this respiratory season and onward will have political intent.
