This is an example of why I'm worried about not living much longer. Between unsafe food and water, dirty air, and infectious diseases running rampant and unchecked, I'm waiting for something to take me down.
I feel that people who aren't concerned are exceptionally naive, exceedingly foolish, or both.
I also think that the 1% are the most foolish and naive of all. They think none of this will impact them, but they eat and drink from the same food and water supplies as everyone else, they breathe the same air, and poor people make their food, clean their houses, and watch their kids.
The rich aren't as insulated as they think they are, and when an infectious and deadly disease hits, it won't matter how much money they have if there's no treatment.
