There is no reason a BA should hold you back considering you have a masters. It sounds like you might need to look into paid internships or lower-level jobs to get more experience, but definitely don't get a second bachelors!

I have been looking just for internships or entry level jobs, when I look on Indeed and LinkedIn and such. But it seems that most entry level jobs require 2-5 years of experience on top of the Masters degree. If they don’t have the time requirement, the BA being in humanities (Art History to be specific) is what I was directly told was what is holding me back.

I wouldnt care about the BA if you had the Masters.
