I still can't quite work out how the club are getting to a £20m net spend for the summer, unless we're paying huge amounts out in agent fees, loan fees and wages..
And if that figure is accurate, how do you spend £20m net and not leave with a much better squad than last year? Mad.

Agreed I feel we haven’t gotten better. Maybe time will tell but as of now we are actually worse

I've been having problems sleeping lately. I fired the game on last night and I was out like a light before halftime!

International football is fucking garbage. It got shit after football became truly internationalised. It was way more fun when you didn’t know anything about the team you were facing. Will they be shite or amazing? No one knew because no one had heard of any of their players

Spot on. The mystery has gone . I think the advent of more football on tv hasn’t helped international football.

So true, especially now when most of the top club sides are better than the best international teams.

Usually can't be arsed with it either. Caught some bits of the game though, thought it was quite open and some good chances for either side but dreadful finishing. Strikers have been mince for years, Mcoist was probably the last good one we had!

Agreed, we need a new Mccoist at both Scotland and Rangers!

I really like the look of Bowie and while I don't think he'll be a top tier goal scorer.
I think he'll be a striker who has everything in his game.
He's got a bit of pace, he's strong, hard working, likes a physical battle, got good technique and is a decent finisher.
It's all about how he develops from here. Right now, it looks like the only way is up for him.
He'll be the next big money transfer out of Scotland (outwith us and them).

What a fall from grace half our former players have had

That gives zero context. The actual story is Turkey are restricted in how many foreign players they can have. Borna got a major injury last season, the club can't play him and want him off the books. They transfer listed him (what club wants an injury prone defender who's best days are behind him, apart from Rangers), lowballer him an offer to mutually terminate, and ultimately find themselves in the situation of needing rid but nobody taking him.
Borna has done nothing wrong in this situation, it's a squad management problem.
