Sweet Tooth is an escaped asylum patient, the man once known as Marcus Kane relished the post-apocalyptic world, becoming one of the most dangerous and notorious individuals in the wastelands. While he has a bloodthirsty habit of ruthlessly attacking anyone in his path, beneath his raging psychosis lies a strangely affable if twisted soul.
