Wasn't it found out that King really doesn't even have any powers? That he luckily gets his opponents ass kicked by some other hero that steps in and saves the day? I am pretty sure Saitama went to his house one day when he was playing some girly video game and asked him why he didn't fight. i will try and find the link. Ah, ok. I'm fairly new to OPM, but have been trying to follow the web comic, they haven't done much with King yet except for this episode that I've seen.
