Madame Rouge

Madame Rouge is a core member of the Brotherhood of Evil and the Brain's most capable and powerful ally. Her elastic body grants her the ability to stretch her limbs, contort her form, and take on the form of others. She is a master of disguise and one of the deadliest fighters the Teen Titans face.

Strength

• Cracks concrete with Kid Flash's body
• Knocks over a building with a kick.
• Throws large chunks of rock
• Pulls a wooden beam apart
• Drags and throws Hotspot while running
• Kicks Hotspot through stone wall

Speed

• Stretches her arm fast enough to catch Kid Flash with a head start.
  • Kid Flash might have ran to France and back in under a second during this same episode.
• Fires off several rapid fire attacks at Kid Flash before appearing in front of him.
• Outspeeds Kid Flash even more, blocking his escape and even making a complex cage pattern while doing so.
• Shifts from an attack into dodging Hotspot almost instantaneously.
• Even more casually evades Hotspot's attack by creating a hole in her body it passes through.
• Evades Cyborg in the same way

Durability

• Kicked through several walls
• Thrown through stone wall (while disguised as Robin)
• Thrown back by asphalt-destroying blast from Jinx
• Unfazed by a tornado directed at her
• Walks straight through a chain link fence.
• Survives this explosion
• Survives an even larger explosion and a subsequent building collapsing on her.
• Mento says her mind is too "twisted" to read
  • Limitations:However, Mento is capable of putting her to sleep with a psychic attack.
• Has Hotspot blast out of her and she reforms moments later with no injury.
• Is frozen, shattered, and reforms without injury.
• Limitations- Rouge does exhibit some vulnerability to temperature based attacks.
  • Burned by friction of Kid Flash's vibration (although she's okay to attack a moment later)
  • Burns her hands on Hotspot's skin
  • High heat seems to make it more difficult for her to maintain a disguise.

Skill/Intelligence

• Disguises herself as Jinx to trap Kid Flash.
• Fools Hotspot into thinking she's Robin to lead him into a false sense of security.
• Messes with Hotspot's head because she is so indistinguishable from the real Robin.
• Trades blows with Robin pretty evenly.
• Squeezes three men into unconsciousness and creates a key
• Tricks the Teen Titans into a trap by flattening herself along the floor

I don't see how she's able to keep up with a speedster, but I still love her
