Ryan probably definitely - Would like to see McMillan there - he seems to be a huge positive for Chiefs - plus his knowledge of Waikato/Auckland area may help.

I rated McMillan highly last year - I'm a Crusader fan.

Time for the new way of doing things - positive energy - They may even be able to cox Wayne Smith in for a few visits - ( Hansen/Foster way too dour and player bashing for Wayne IMHO - eg Hansen - Piutau - Foster with heaps

Holland, MacDonald, and Ryan were on his ticket in 2020...could be three new Super Rugby head coaches in NZ for 2024...with Razor being a defense coach then McLeod is goneburger, but most of the current regime have already said they're not continuing (Schmidt, Enoka) which is the cleanout NZR should have executed in 2020. Would love to see ROG in the mix as he did wonders for Mo'unga and we'll need our next #10 to step up immediately
