As someone who grew up playing sensible soccer, I am beyond hyped for this.

Sensi was a main source of inspiration for me so that’s a massive compliment! I think there’s a huge gap in the market for a good old 2d rugby game

Loved Sensible Soccer on the SNES back in the day. Fantastic looking game! Are you looking to release on PC only or other platforms like mobile?

I actually enjoyed playing sensible soccer on mega drive more than the Amiga, because it was easier haha. PC first, then I can look at options for porting to other systems. Would love to get it to mobile too

I remember on the SNES you could shoot from the the halfway line and it went in about 30% of the time. Such fun.

Makes sense to get going using PC and then look at porting. I will keep an eye out for updates. Keep up the good work.

I had a demo, think it was for the AtariST, where you got to play only the first half.

I played it so much that I figured out a way to reliably score from just inside the opponent’s half, and also exactly how to get the ball back off the AI’s kick off. Think I ended up being able to win 17-0 lol

I get serious ET's Rugby League flashbacks whenever I see these update posts. I will be all over this.
