Can you explain (shortly) about difference's between Ukrainian and Rusyn. Making short list would be nice

The differences are fairly numerous and won't fit a short list. There are differences in the phonological inventory, phonetic reductions, stress systems, pitch accent, auxiliary verbs and clitics, declension and conjugation, vocabulary etc. If you want a general impression, it's best to just look at the languages. The two languages are still closely related, Ukrainian speakers often compare the distance with Belarusian.
