Really pissed odd at warner bros (but mostly David Zaslav)

I have two episodes of the show left (pacing myself because I don’t want it to be over) and without knowing about battle through times existence I search “samurai jack” on the playstation store thinking “there probably won’t be anything since all the games are so old and sonys backwards compatibility isn’t crazy” and I’m not surprised when I don’t see anything. Then later I look up samurai jack games on my computer so I can emulate the old games and find a website linking to samurai jack: battle through time and I’m like wtf is this after seeing it was on PS4 and so after a few minutes of searching around I find out that it was delisted for a tax write off and I could not be more pissed off right now. The game looks beautiful and I needed something to fill the emptiness I’m gonna feel after finishing the show. Sorry for the long rant. Hopefully this game comes back someday. Gotta get back to the past to play samurai jack…

"Gotta get back to the last to play Samurai Jack..." This part of your post hit me. It is really sad because the game looks so great. I felt the same way finishing the series and I'm determined to find a way to get all the games (when I have money, haha). But it just seems so much harder to get my hands on because they took it off the mainstream market and knowing why now really crushes me. I'm glad you went off in this post. Really bummed and I'm there with you.

I think I saw something about the game no longer being available as of 2024, and getting into the show in 2025 I felt kind of cheated since I missed it by a year. If I had just gotten into everything sooner... 😔

I’d recommend looking into modding a PS3 or Wii to play the older games! I just finished the show and I really want to see the other ending, I’m so depressed right now 😭 that’s exactly how I feel… I started the show last year but only got super into it this year and decided to finish it, I just wish I could have gotten the game before they took it off but maybe one day they’ll bring it back.

I've always preferred to go through Steam or play on physical consoles, and this looks like it will need to be downloaded straight to my PC. Still, I'm glad the option is there.

It's not available on Steam anymore. That was the first place I checked. They removed it.
