Two years after husband finished treatment, he has to go for a PET scan tomorrow

So PET scan results today. The nodules lit up and they are on the lung that he had a part of removed already. He will need to have a lung function test to see i he can have surgery or else it will be radiation. They measure 10 mm and 5mm. His doctor said this is really small and they've caught it early but it's hard to feel positive about this.
