CIC dux 4 sensitive to MCL-1 inhibitors
Good evening, I recently read this post on LinkedIn by Karin Sanders from the Princess Mรกxima Hospital in the Netherlands. She found that CIC dux 4 sarcoma is sensitive to MCL-1 inhibitors. This sounds very hopeful for the future ๐ We sent Karin Sanders a message asking if they could do anything for my girlfriend who has CIC dux 4 sarcoma.
Does anyone has any experience with MCL-1 inhibitors? Thanks ๐

That's a positive news. My dad is also battling stage 4 CIC DUX4 sarcoma. He is in his second round of chemo responding well to drugs in terms of reduction in pain. If you get to know more about the MCL-1 inhibitors can you share here as well please. Will really appreciate it. Meanwhile I wil also reach out to my doctors for the same.
