I'm not sure what you mean by "stores goggles well" but I bought a Smith Vantage helmet this season that has two sets of adjustable vents, and it's been great so far. You might also consider the Pret Cynic, which has removable earpads.

Bluetooth is usually a separate purchase, though POC and a few other brands make a helmet with built-in speakers.

I meant that the goggles could be placed on the front of the helmet so they stay there and can be easily moved back over the eyes.

I don't think I've ever owned a helmet I couldn't easily do that with, so I'm not much help there other than to say the two I already suggested are fine in that regard. A better-vented helmet might solve the problem of having to take your goggles off after every run anyway.
