Custom boots for ridiculously wide feet
Hello all,
So I went skiing for the second time in my life this past weekend in Crested Butte. I am in awe of how fun this sport is with the view, slopes, and the atmosphere and would like to continue this sport. That being said, my feet were on fire 5 min into sliding the rental boots on. I have always had to order custom shoes/skates/boots to fit right. I plan on skiing once or twice a year during our family trips to Colorado, so I am considering buying custom boots.
So my question is this...what is a solid reputable company that utilizes molds to create the boots? I went to several ski shops while there and they didn't have any "wides" that were wide enough. Thanks for the advice.
