First time smoking ribs
Still have about an hour to go. They will be packed in aluminum foil with some apple juice and beer and marinated after.
Smoked over beech and cherry.

I've always wondered how those hooks would work. It seems like ribs cooked until done would just about be falling apart with this setup.
