The local grocery sells it as sirloin for fajitas. More commonly called bavette or flap steak. Extremely tender cut, very under rated.

I was wondering if it was a bavette. It absolutely is one of the best cuts! I have one dry brining in my fridge right now for dinner tonight!

Three cuts with the grain to section off, then sliced against the grain.
