I prefer the halves as well. Delicious and fairly quick.

I do like that it’s a sub 3 hour smoke. It also it fits in my brine container way better 🤣.

It is nice, idea, the halved chickens.

Do you get them halved or cut by yourself.

I only have the option to get fully whole chicken. Is it worth cutting it by myself? If you do the cutting alone, what's your tip?

I cut them myself. Just slice kitchen shears to cut along each side of the spine. Then you can flip it over, snip the collar bone, and just slice in half (a firm press down with a chefs knife is what I do).
