90 Days Sober Today
For me, it's huge. I hit rock bottom in May and have stayed sober through all the horrible results (friend loss, marriage issues, and legal problems, to name a few). It's been tough going, but I've made it so far with patience and a lot of sparkling water.

Hell yes!!!!! Be so fucking proud of yourself!
I'm about to come up on my year, and my best advice that's gotten me through the worst days is remember the chaos and use that as motivation to NEVER be that person again!
You're free!
The shame and guilt can be heavy but you have the rest of your life to be the best and better version of yourself now.
Remember to give yourself grace, always ♥️

It's so, so hard, but I'm proud of you! You've got this! I got sober after a health crisis with my dad back in mid-May, and it's been hell, but I'm almost at 4 months, and I know I've got this. You've got this, too! So proud of you! 😀
