I might be biased but the Dutch cup has fantastic matches every season, too. It's not uncommon for amateur teams to beat Eredivisie squads.
Recent upsets:
In the 2022-23 season, amateur team SV Spakenburg beat FC Utrecht 4-1 in the quarter finals. PSV only beat them in the semi's 2-1.
USV Hercules (fourth division) also won against Ajax 3-2 that season. Their players were seen studying in the library a couple of hours prior.
In the 2023-24 season Quick Boys knocked out 3 Eredvisie teams: Almere City, Fortuna Sittard and sc Heerenveen.

French is an insanely big cup. But do they have this amount of entertainment?

4-4 are very rare in French Cup ngl... But we do have a lot of entertainment with a lot of last minute goals from small teams and even more low-tier teams qualifying since extra time was ditched 4 years ago (except for the final)

They have conceded the same number of goals in this game as their entire cup run last season.
