It is actually kind of unclear whose parent Marvin is, in some earlier episodes it’s explicitly stated that he’s Sharon’s father (Randy and Sheila both even say “your dad” to her at certain points) but then later on there’s episodes like ‘Freemium isn’t Free’ that seem to clearly imply a bloodline from Marvin to Randy to Stan, because of their shared addiction demons
