"The City Part of Town" (Season 19, Episode 3), Kenny buys his younger sister Karen a doll with money he earned working at City Wok.

I dont know how South Park writers make you laugh at a drugged up towel and then can create scenes like this which genuinely move you.

Kenny is the best character in South Park. His heart is so pure.

My absolute favorite is such a small scene but it cracks me up every time. The episode where Cartman buys his own theme park and Kyle is dying from his hemorrhoid. Stan is crying about his friend dying and Kenny is getting more and more pissed and then says “screw you guys, I’m going home”. This is before the mysterion reveal but it shows that Kenny knows he keeps dying lol
