Discussion Was Marvin Marsh over 60 years old when Randy was born, and 92 years old when Stan was born?
I know I'm overanalyzing a raunchy adult cartoon where aliens, giant monsters, and multiple religious figures exist, but in South Park, Stan is supposed to be 8-10 years old with a centenarian grandfather, while his father Randy looks to be in his early 40s at oldest. That doesn't seem right to me.

I mean that would mean Randy was born when he was 50 it's not that unusual, my buddy had his kids when he had just turned 40.
Throwing 10 years on that is not that insane, it gets a bit harder to have kids in later years but it's not impossible. Another big factor is having the female be younger, in general they are far more important to the conception since the mother provides a lot of it, and their age typically matters more.

Not too far fetched, one of my friends was born when his Dad was 62.

Also doesn’t Marvin specifically say they never wanted kids but accidentally conceived at some point? Sounds like it would have been later if that was the case

My best friend's grandpa had his last kid when he was in his 70s. Bestie had a newborn baby uncle when we were in our 20s. It was weird.

I mean these kids have been 9 years old since 2001 so what does it matter.

It never would have happened had he came on Stan’s grandma’s tits like he originally planned
