It was so accurate to movies of the time, it felt like half of the comedies coming out had Rob Schneider as some random thing.

It's so out of nowhere yet perfectly parodies disaster movies. Same goes for "THE GLOBAL WARMING IS COMING, RUN. WE DIDIN'T LISTEN".

Also PC Principal beating up Cartman is perfectly acted; "NO IM SORRY I WAS JUST TRYING TO FRAME YOU FOR RAPING BUTTERS" "OH GAHD"
