Spice tolerance in eyes

This is a really dumb question, but you know how when you touch something spicy and rub your eyes it will cause a burning sensation. Would it be possible to build a tolerance for this if you did it enough?

You haven't eaten spicy until your pee hole burns. That will wake you up real quick.

I’ve had hot piss before and it was very alarming, I thought that I had a crazy bad UTI but the way it burned the tip well after finishing 😭
