I highly recommend finding the hot sauce vendor at your local farmers market.

Using ground sausage and beef. Also white onion, bell pepper, chopped Roma tomatoes, ground dried ghost pepper, and fresh serranos. I was too scared to gas out the house so I put the Trinidadâs directly in the pot instead of cooking them with the meat. I use V8 and Taco Bell hot sauce as the base. I lived in Texas for a while so no beans, but no hate to bean lovers. Did not have time to make my own spice so just some store bought chili seasoning.

Bag of fresh habaneros from the garden, gotta ripen em in the indirect sunlight, not quite hot enough in mass to do it on the plant!

Whilst there can be a lot of variation in flavours, wanted to see what the best hot sauces for each pepper were e.g best seven pot jonah, best seven pot primo ect

They're not terrible, I think they taste more like pizza then anything hot sauce wise. I get no spice at all or I'm just desensitized. They are probably good in tomato soup!

Tastes pretty good Iâd say like a 7/10 in terms of heat, canât really taste the garlic. It was also 15$ for this tiny bottle at local giant

Iâve been eyeballing âhot honeyâs forever and have heard good things. So I finally went looking for it and of course when I saw âextra hotâ I was ready. I whipped up a fried chicken sandwich and was GENEROUS with the honey. My mouth is on fire in such a wonderful way right now. This stuff is solid. Never going back. A-tier heat

I had a decent pull at the farmers market last week. Shishitos, an Aji, mini habanero nips, and a whole lot of bonnets đ

I fermented two regular sized mason jars worth of reaper, garlic, onion, green peppers in a salt brine. Grilled all first. Not sure how to proceed. I have no mold and about a full mason jar total of product. Thoughts?

Bell and jalapeño were easy to identify, but I am struggling identifying some of the hots due to a seed mixup. Based on what I have I think it could be either be bhut jolokia (probably not?), carribbean red habanero, or trinidad scorpion (I think I got these at the farmer market).
Thoughts?
I think 1, 2 could be trinidads and 3 is habanero? Idk

Got these because I love super spicy food and jarred pickled items. Started eating them and at first was like âwow delicious!â Then after about 5 I was like âWOW these are actually hotâ. Definitely in the rotation, great with a tuna melt btw.

Posted a few days ago about finding these sauces and was advised to get the other superhots. Had to go back but unfortunately they only had two bottles and had no more 'reaper as I was going to buy more.
Will update on heat levels after weekend when I get home.

What are some healthy alternatives?

Hello, so I have been putting buldak spicy sauce on ramen. I only like spicy ramen because of the spice. Tbh, eating it makes me feel unhealthy and i eat it so fast yet it is alot of calories for only getting like 4 bites out of it.
TLDR: What are some good, healthy (ish) foods to eat with spicy sauce? I want to be able to eat alot without it feeling like too much food or unhealthy/high in calories. (Im not a big fan of carbs)

This year I decided to grow Trinidad Scorpion peppers to make an extra spicy salsa. I always use the recipe linked below but I only use 2 cups of onion, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and I add 4 spicy peppers. Usually I use habaneros, but this year I decided to up my game. I like flavor of the scorpion as much as the habanero, although I can't devour a jar in one sitting. I also have habanero, jalapeno, ghost, cayenne, spicy jane and reaper peppers growing. I would love to hear any good recipes for a hot sauce using any of those pepper combinations.

Just picked these. for some reason the plant only had 3 fruit despite me sowing it in February? well anyways it was from a mystery pack. not sure if it's just a default habanero or something else. thanks

Spicy cream pasta with sausage, noodles, habanero, colored peppers, ghost pepper rotel (which is bomb as fuck) crushed red pepper flakes, onion, garlic.
l sautéed that in a habanero garlic oil I made a while back with some beef tallow from a brisket I trimmed not long back, then I added cream cheese, milk butter and the noodles and simmered until noodles were almost done then added a 1/3 block of pepper jack cheese. Mmmmmmmmmm.
