There was a presumption of innocence before body cams and dash cams too, my point is about how they should be required or some sort of video footage in a situation like this should be required, not about how the legal system works. Now that we have the technical means to get a higher level of documentation as evidence, there should be a higher requirement for arresting or charging someone. If your body cam didn’t work, you didn’t have the evidence, you don’t get to charge someone. Reading comprehension and nuance might not be a strength for you. You get to vote, but we really need to improve our education system to have a functioning democracy because people like you are voting.
