Question Tickets for Napoli vs Pisa

Hello, me and my mate are arriving in Naples on the 20th september, and we really want to go to the Napoli game on the 22nd.
Is it only possible to buy a ticket using a Fidelity Card? I have spent days reading and researching and I simply cannot find a definitive answer...
