Pretty cool in general, but one red flag I see immediately: If this is a one-person shop, how is this different from just freelance work? Are you not just selling your own service as a developer? If more people join the team, you're then just a team of a developers are you not?

I could be misunderstanding/misrepresenting this so please clarify if so. Nonetheless, seems like you really enjoy it so would love to see you succeed!

You bring up an interesting question.

Overall:

-It is selective, I can't take on everything

-It's the full stack. I often start with just an idea. So I have to help come up with a name, logo, front end design, front end code, back end code, and helping them shape the idea into a useful product

-After building the product, I try to connect them with a network of other founders i've worked with.

-For some of the projects, I take a vested interest/some sort of equity.

-----

As to your other question, i'm not planning on adding any other peeps to the team. I'm not sure what i'd classify it as. But it's pretty different from what you'd call a "dev shop." I guess it could be called more of a hands on incubator/ a one size fits all kind of workshop/prototyping factory.

Thanks! I appreciate it!

Sounds a lot more interesting the way you put it here! Just know that building product to that extent deserves solid equity and compensation. For the work you're doing, I hope you aren't underselling yourself because it seems like you have incredible talent. Ultimately, all of this is up to you and I'm sure you know best, so goodd luck!

Thank you sir! That means a lot to me! :) I do often question myself and wonder if I should restructure the pricing model. Maybe at some point. But for now, i'm grateful that the current model allows me select the more interesting stuff to take on. I hope you crush it on your endeavors too!!
