Need suggestions
Its been 4 weeks since I stopped smoking and it was cold turkey. Since day 1 haven't had any craving at all. It's just happened like a miracle to me. However, since I stopped, everything looks boring, and I can't focus, can't read as my important exam is coming at the end of next month. I feel sad sometimes but my inner self already understands the process I think.
The only thing I'm here to ask is if any experts are here and would give me a suggestion on this. First day of the second month and I really want to study but somehow I got distracted all the time? What should I do to gain more focus? I mean I know this exam is super important for me and I knew that I need to study hard but this quitting smoking process is slightly in my way. So if anyone has any suggestions for me, I would appreciate your thoughts on it. Thanks #Stayhealthy,

You need to do something. Doesn’t matter what but stay busy. Go for a short walk, breathe in the (hopefully) clean air. I recognize those feelings but I can guarantee you it gets better. I’m almost in week 6 and it’s getting better. Experts say that this will only be in the first two or three months.
Hope you pass your exams!!!!
