Update #4 day 3 over

Hey guys, I’m back

I just finished day three, which was one of the worst days in my life. I had a consistent headache, which wouldn’t go away.

And I started thinking negatively about the whole quitting thing I had thoughts like addiction last forever and they will never forget it. Or stuff like nothing but replace the feeling of nicotine and also why aren’t I feeling normal? When I was on nicotine? It was much normal than this etc

Despite all the negative thoughts, I finish day three without caving in even though I’m still feeling a bit of disappointment ever since I had the realisation of nothing would give me the feeling of nicotine

But guys, please motivate me because I’m feeling like I’m starting to break

You built a prison for yourself with every cigarette. You have to take it down one bar at a time and it will feel more and more free the more you take down.

Get some gum, eat fruit (lots of fruit) and vegetable vegetables and drink lots of water. Make yourself lay down at the same time every night even if you can’t sleep.

Yes these are the early thoughts I get When the withdrawl starts to get heavy you get these thoughts I would feel better or happy again if I had a sig. You are in heavy withdrawl process and it will pass I have read and heard It takes 3 days for the Bulk of the Nicotine to leave your body. You want to do this . So keep going you will be happy for it one day.
