Question Any Subway Canada (even better, NB) employees that can help with a question?

My daughter just started working at subway and closes many nights. She clocks in at 4 , store closes at 10 and most nights she is there until 10:30-11 cleaning and getting things ready for day shift. Her shift logs are all showing that she is paid 5.9 hours for this due to a 20m break. All logs show she clocks out between 10:30-11 but the official time gets changed to 10:10. Is this normal ? She hasn’t gotten her first pay yet but it seems like wage theft to me

If she’s there until 10:30 - 11:00 working, she should be getting paid those hours. If they are adjusting it to be 10:10 then that is wage theft. She’s not getting paid the hours she put in.

Never worked at subway, but I have worked retail in NB, and they need to be paying her for every minute she is there working. They shouldn't be changing her time sheet unless she accidentally messed up , like forgot to clock in or out or whatever. If she's there until 11, and they are switching her clock out time to 10:10, they are stealing almost an hours worth of pay from her. Absolutely not legal.
