Customer Complaints Subway inside of a hospital is taking Door Dash orders
TLDR; how do I find the owner of a subway inside a hospital? Taking door dash orders in a healthcare setting is egregious.
I live in a rural area and if you're going to have surgery you're going to be at least 1 1/2 hours from home. Only restaurant inside the hospital is Subway and they close their cafeteria for dinner. I was waiting for my sub talking to the girl working and the guy behind me who was from door dash. She was apologizing because she can't make the Door Dash subs in advance, and he was apologizing because he doesn't particularly enjoy walking through an ER to pick up a door dash order. I learned from him that GM is able to "turn off" the ability for people to place orders there (there's several other subways in the area). She said because their in a hospital they don't have a GM but instead just an owner.
All that backstory to ask if anybody has successfully gotten through to a hospital owned subway and do you have any advice on who I could contact? We've so many problems with our healthcare system but this feels like an easy fix if I could contact the right person.
