I met quite a few like this, the most common reasons are psychological, they feel like it's a dirty place (even after shower) and don't want anyone near it, I had a GF where I had a 10min window after she left the shower for me to go down on her, after that would tense up and not let me anymore, others don't like how their labias look, some because of religion, etc.
Other times it can also be too sensitive even for the tongue, some others cum too fast and lose the horniness after it, so they want to save the excitement.
And even peeing after shower, how dirty is it though? How much pee stays there? For sure not really dirty as it doesn't smell and I never got sick. And I have no problem in drowning in squirt, so it isn't a few particles of pee that I'd consider it to be dirty.
