I mean there's reportedly a phobia for when you think a duck is watching you so...

As long as we’re talking about weird phobias, there’s one where you are afraid of getting chased by timber wolfs around a kitchen table whilst wearing socks on a freshly waxed flooring, so I guess the snake thing is kinda valid. (Imagine all of this happening while a duck watches)

I graduated with someone who had a fear of ducks. We found out after one approached his house. Apparently he threw a rock trying to scare it away but ended up killing it and wouldn’t leave his house until someone came and dragged it away.

Antidaephobia

And it's a Duck or Goose, from "somewhere in the world"

Ducks are the Dolphins of local waterways and geese are vicious. I had one fake injury just to get humans close then it would attack them just fine walks away fine. I thought adrenaline dump until the year mark then I was like nah this lil fellas just a douche.

I mean, any irrational fear could develop into a phobia, and so long as it's been documented and given a latin name, it should stand. Though you ought to know that some of these phobias in existence are merely medical shit posts.
