Round 1 from our AYCE spot
One of the many photos I have of our first round coming out at our local all you can eat spot. Been going here for ages, and I think they have some awesome fish. What's everyone else think? 🤔

It's $34.95/pp Usually for my gf and I, with 2 hot green teas, runs about 110 with tip. I think originally (prob over 10 years ago) it was only $24.95

Poughkeepsie, NY It's actually few blocks from Vassar College. Called Sushi Village, it's on Raymond Ave

It's of Native American origin. A lot of names around here are that or of Dutch origin

What are the yellow slices and the white slices in the front row sashimi?

The yellow slices are mango. I always ask for extra so they started giving it to me this way. The white is "white tuna", so probably escarole?

Oh that tuna looks fresh and yummy!! Is there a third roll in the back that is topped with a white fish?? If not what is it? But overall that is some A-1 sushi especially for 35 dollarydoos. I’ve never been to sushi village in Poughkeepsie. But I got family in Saugerties and I know that’s relatively close. I’ll have to make a trip when I get a chance to see the fam. Thank you OP! Those are pieces of yellowtail sushi, as they don't offer it on the sashimi menu for AYCE. The tuna is always sooo so soooo good, have never had a bad meal there in many many years. Always leave full and satisfied, sometimes more than usual lol. Definitely worth the visit! Yours as well, my friend!

Very solid for AYCE
