All five pictures are perfect except for picture number three, and they are only because using a black display plate ruins appreciating all the work you put into it. Extremely well done. Thanks

Better than a lot of pro chefs. Still think you are trying a little too hard.
Remember nigiri sushi is short grain rice with a little rice vinegar. A slice of fish.
A kappa roll is nori, rice and cucumber.
Keep it simple. Sushi should not be artwork. It should be simple and pragmatic. And that is where it's beauty lies.
