I went on a fishing trip in the Pacific out of Oxnard, CA for the first time in almost 10 years. Fresh fish tacos were absolutely perfect! Shredded cabbage, cream sauce, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. So damn good!

• Smoked with post oak for 3 hours.
• Dutch oven at 250 for another 4 hours.
• Held at 170 for another 4 hours before shredding.

I would like to ask you how you make Corn Tortilla, or what the secret ingredient you put in it?
I usually make basic style, which contains Corn Masa, water, a bit of salt, and oil.

I would be happy to know the traditional way to cook Corn Masa.

Fish fingers cooked with a little mozzarella crisped in the pan with tortillas 'smashed' on top. W shite cabbage slaw, pico and a little fermented hot sauce mayo.

I LOVE TACOS SO MUCH!!!! While every restaurant has risen their menu price’s astronomically, it’s great to see tacos take a slight hit, if any at all. Got all this wonderful food for 6.50 after tax, and am on top of the world! Not pictured is the radishes and onions from the complimentary sauce bar. I love tacos! And thanks for reading!

Before I retired I had two Hispanics that would bring me food. The woman made the absolute best tacos I’ve ever had. I told her she needed to be working in a restaurant. The guy made burritos and deep fried them. Both had red and green sauces they made. The guy did work in a Mexican restaurant as a cook at one time. The woman learned from her mother.
