Feet spread, knees angled inward, shoes spilling inward over the sole. I had the same thing before. Usually follows with knee hip and lower back pain and bad posture. Easily remedied

thermo moulding insoles will be useless as they’ll just mould to your foot and not provide the support you need.

if you think you have flat feet the first thing to do is look at your foot sideways and bend your toes back/upwards if you end up with an arch in your foot then it’s more likely over pronation which just means the muscles suck and you should get orthotic insoles with good arch support and find some physio/exercises to build those muscles, if you straight up don’t have an arch and have proper flat feet then speak to podiatrist (do this either way) as that will need orthotics.

OP likely has over pronation owing to the inward ankles

Really depends on what you’re trying to get through, but bolt cutters are great for chain link fences or gates with padlocks. I’ll typically carry them at work along with an axe when we’re dealing with commercial structures.

For residential doors, a halligan will do for most cases.
