It’s a ops core SF highcut ballistic Size M

Can't tell if it's an SF but the label clearly says "Medium" SX which is a different older model. However the shroud looks like their new shroud that is found on their current generation helmet unless the person installed a new shroud?

There are only two photos that you shared out of four.

What’s integrity of older helmets and what would be the difference between the sf and sx besides new ballistic protection

The SX was part of the legacy FAST line. The current SF is what evolved from the Super High/Maritime cut helmets. The difference is the materials and the cut, assuming it’s real.
