Question Nightlife in Incline and Young Adults
I’m a 24M who comes to Tahoe regularly, but I’m usually with family so I don’t really go out much or know a lot of people. I came up by myself this time and was curious as to any leads to meet people around my age. I’ve gone to the paddle wheel and the Hyatt a few times but people are usually older there. Rookies was fun, but I hear it closed.
Note: Beach suggestions are also welcome. I went to kings beach but mostly saw families there.

Alibi Brew Works offers line dancing classes, it’s a lot of fun, I’m always there if I’m in town

Is bowl incline worth going to? Last time I was there it looked like it had potential

it’s the best spot in town imo and not at all for the bowling. food and drinks are best in town

Its been there forever. Shut down for a bit a few years ago when new owners took over and remodeled the whole place

The new owners must have poured a million bucks into that bowling alley. Glad they did it though.

At least... they retrofitted the whole building. I met the owner last year and he chatted with us a bit. He's a nice guy, definitely very rich lol

I was about your age when I moved OUT of Incline because the social scene was so fucked. I was at the Paddle Wheel 3-5 times a week... At best you shack up with a tourist or a J1.

Maaaybe Village Pub. Crystal Bay Club has occasional concerts and DJs for the 20-something crowd. Pastime in Truckee can be fun but has become overrun with tourists.
Or the clubs in south shore.

The pub is where most of my young 20s friends (and I went) go to hang out and meet people. It’s more popping with locals in the winter I’d argue, due to the bigger younger work force from Diamond peak. Summer has more tourists all around. Tuesdays at the wheel can sometimes be popping for karaoke, and Mitch the bartender/host rocks

Oof. The north lake nightlife dried up a few years ago. There's paddlewheel in incline that's a dive bar, or the grid in kings beach l, but they just dumped some money into the place and I haven't gone in since. Could be trying to deter the younger crowds, idk. CBC still has music there, but pretty dead otherwise.
Truckee is probably your best bet if you're trying to bar hop. You can start at old Town tap or moodys or bar of America, then work your way to the middle. Tclub and pastime still pop off.
