Radio Free Asia and Radio Free Europe as well. You know, both radios stations turned media channels who are openly considered to "have been the CIA's two largest and most successful covert action projects" by literally [CIA themselves](.https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/DOC_0000238882.pdf).

But don't worry everyone the US government totally stopped funding them after the cold war ended. Pinky promise.
