From the article:

"If there is a terrible natural disaster -- a catastrophic fire or mudslide -- it's fair to say that the White House keeps score," he said, "and the president may be less inclined to provide timely federal government support and funding for the response."

Now that would be a dereliction of duty. The POTUS has a responsibility to THE PEOPLE, regardless of their political alignment. Delaying disaster relief would be in conflict with that responsibility, and should be punishable.

Oh, wait… that’s right, the SCOTUS made him immune to prosecution for anything he does while in office… does that also apply to what he ~doesn’t~ do??

Trump is quite simply the worst POTUS in the history of this country.
