I'm personally in favor of practical applications of socialism, so I'm not mad at Trump about this (unlike the pedo stuff, the fascist shit, and the blatant attacks on democracy and the constitution).

But I have to say I'm bewildered to see the self-proclaimed "small government conservative" administration doing something so textbook socialist. I can only assume they're doing it because Trump is personally getting his beak wet by it, otherwise why would they?

Maybe it’s a massive rug pull scheme with taxpayer dollars. Idk if that’s actually possible but there’s no shot this isn’t something that’s set up to directly benefit him. Definitely not something that will benefit us though.
