How about the first paragraph which basically claims “the Trump brand” is bigger than the United States and frames the US as second to Trump? That was chilling to see on an official government website.

In fairness, in terms of a design ethos, I think they’re probably right. Trump has a very distinct brand. You can see the gross red hats withering the tacky slogan written in an ugly serif font from a mile away and know exactly what it is.

I don’t think I could name a single coherent factor about brand USA’s design philosophy.

I strongly disagree. Red white and blue and/or the stars and stripes have global recognition far beyond the idiotic red hats - and as a brand have had that recognition far longer.
