It's from an old Adult swin show called metalocolypse, and there was this character called Dr. Rockso, who'd usually introduce himself by saying, "I'm Dr. Rockso. The rock'n'roll clown, and I do cocaine."

I made a reference to this character to date myself on purpose because it was funny to me.

You can still find clips of this character on YouTube if I remember right.
