I'm a girl so I can't say for guys specifically, but as far as I know everyone likes being complimented on the stuff they're good at.  (Especially if they want to be good at it.) 

If you can find something along those lines that you genuinely mean (never lie, or even half lie, that's just asking for problems early on), you've got yourself a good compliment.

Literally anything. How we look or if we do something right that. Or if the guy has an interest that is not common or is very interested in, if you don't look trough them like glass or even compliment it, we will remember :D (Or even saying that he's cute can get you very far)
