I have a female friend, and everytime she asks a question our male math teacher acts like she just killed half of his family with an Archaeornithomimus, and when my male friend does it he gets explained very nicely 😭 I guess it depends on the teacher

Average portable document format file male gym teacher 💔

u/ssprix 2d ago
Like genuinely why do we say pdf files instead of pedo like we aren't on yt
17
u/yungfishstick 2d ago
Because TikTok and other social media platforms with arbitrary rules that don't actually mean anything have conditioned lots of people into thinking self censorship is completely normal and totally not reminiscent of newspeak from the dystopian novel 1984

pdf files
PDF File stands for Adobe's Portable Document Format File.

You forgot to say "Pdf file" in front of "male gym teachers"
14
u/DisasterOk8440 2d ago edited 2d ago
Why the fuck would I put "portable document format file" in front of "male gym teacher"?
Like:
"Oh did you hear about that one Portable Document Format File male gym teacher? He's such a weirdo."

You can just say pedophile, you know.
We don't need to make pedophilia sound nice and acceptable, because it isn't.
11
u/True-Substance-3417 2d ago
Yeah. All of that "we should add p to Lgbtq" is bullshit. Being attracted to kids ist a sexual orientation your just a creep. And also... The famous quote: "pedophiles need more rights" is fukin insane!
7
u/Budget_Conclusion598 2d ago
Yeah, the only P that should be in that acronym is Pansexual. And I'm sure there's more but that's why we have a +

My old lit teacher. He's never done any harm to any children afaik, but still. He honestly was one of the best lit teachers (he was moving at sloth pace, but he let us discuss the books and actually voice our opinions regarding different things) and was one of the most confident and personality-rich people I've ever met. Quite unfortunate that he turned out to be attracted to teenagers

It does, but it can be subtle. I perceived this when I was 8 in my music teacher.

One of my teachers actually married and had a child with his former student

2
u/Objective-Ring4479 1d ago
was it like one of those teachers who barely got out of college marrying a college student or something
3
u/ThreeKoboldsInCoat 1d ago edited 1d ago
Nope just a pedofile that waited
3
u/Objective-Ring4479 1d ago
ok now im confused
why is it pedophilia when you wait but not when you meet after she turns 18, assuming all the "things that happen" are after she turns 18 anyways
im not saying ur wrong im just genuinely wondering
1
u/ThreeKoboldsInCoat 1d ago
But im at a school where you are at from 6th to 13th. so yes you are 18, but only for like the last 2 years
They got married immidiately after she finished school, so you have to wonder...
2
u/Objective-Ring4479 1d ago
Sure but didn’t the teacher wait an extra year? Also you didn’t address the difference between meeting before and after

Tbh this is the exact same with a female teacher
They're more willing to help female students than male students

My physics, biology and chemistry teacher is like a dictator. If you dare oppose her (use a different way to do a test) or correct her (her saying camels have water in their humps and you correcting or her saying gravity is a force that draws) she will crash out on your ahh and make it look like she was correct all along

u/Good-Ad6650 2d ago
I used to hang out with my teachers and drink coffee with them on breaks, they always had something interesting to talk about so I usually got help x3 Not to an extent where I got free grades I ended with a GPA of 4.00/5.00

Our gym teacher likes to step into the cafeteria and hand girls their food first, we be waiting hungry while a whole new line builds up infront of us, like why?? I just want my food

What if the with LGBTQI? 😑😑

u/ameen272 13 2d ago
You HAD to bring that up, huh? I think we all respect LGBTQ, but don't use it to spoil memes just because they don't talk about LGBTQ.

I think my male social studies hates me. he moved the seats, and I'm the only girl who is alone with no other girls. he let the loud annoying popular girls all sit together even though they made it clear they're not going to behave or shut up. he's so nice and friendly to all the other girls but when I answer a question he's like 😐. Idk what I fcking did
1
u/ftmaggot 2d ago
My male teachers just accused me of cheating whenever I managed to do a task without getting their help because they had a hard time believing a girl could do better than the rest of the class and finish a task on her own.

This needs more detail. In general, when girls ask teachers questions it’s about the process, or a complication. When a boy asks, 9 out of 10 times it is to repeat the instructions. Take that away, and it depends- have you attempted it yourself first?
Productive struggle is vital to learning. If a teacher says “figure it out” often they want to see you try before they help, so they know where exactly you are going wrong.

u/TechnicianWeak8143 14 2d ago
especially when the guy is already helping a girl and you call his name for help and you can already see that he’s pissed from the look on his face 😭

For me it’s like
Female teacher -
Boy asks: pissy, sassy, and condescending
Girl asks: either she answers robotically but with manner or she’s like “honey” and “love
Male teacher -
Boy asks: Answers like a normal person
Girl asks: if he’s creepy he goes out of his way to be over the top helpful. If he’s not creepy, usually he just answers with a tone like he’s tired of somebodies shit but not letting any emotions out directly.

ikr. These teachers SURELY don't think they are going to have anything with these teenage girls right? it's not even chivalry at that point. I don't even know what disgusting creature some random teacher might be?? These guys have watched too much "..." to think they are gonna have a chance or something 😞👎

I heard one of the math teachers at my school, mr. Lovell, is a freaking creep.
1
u/Cultural_Ad_5501 2d ago
There's also the opposite, when a guy asks a question it's okay, but when a girl asks a question it's bad.
