As a kid I couldn’t swim mostly because my parents didn’t teach me how because they also can’t swim. I’m now 15 and I somewhat swim( I wouldn’t call that swimming more like holding myself above water) I mean learning how to swim isn’t the biggest problem, the problem is that I am scared to submerge my head idk if it’s some kind of phobia but I really need help with that.
